Delete a schema family you created, with every version. Cost class: fast.
The family stops listing and resolving at once: GET answers 404, and an
Extract naming it fails schema_not_found. Jobs accepted before the delete
keep the copy of the schema they took at accept time and finish normally;
their results still name the schema_id and schema_version they used.
Deleting a family that is already deleted succeeds again. Platform schemas,
and another tenant’s or another external account’s, answer 404.
